The Sheffield Hallam University is inviting applications for Student Success scholarship. The scholarship is available for new undergraduate students starting in September 2017.
The Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) is a public university in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. It is based on two sites; City Campus is located in the city centre, close to Sheffield railway station, and Collegiate Crescent Campus is about two miles away, adjacent to Ecclesall Road in south-west Sheffield.
Course Level: Scholarship is available for pursuing undergraduate programme.
Study Subject: Scholarship is awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.
Scholarship Award: The scholarship includes a series of financial awards for individual students from £200 up to £2000 as well as priority access to a support package designed to support your wellbeing, develop your employability and enhance your money management skills.
Scholarship can be taken in the UK
Eligibility: This new scheme applies to new Undergraduate students who are starting a course of study at Sheffield Hallam University for the first time in September 2017. It is not open to International or EU fee status students.
All students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply but you are more likely to get a financial award if you are in one of our priority groups for support, for example, if you:
- Have a household income of up to £42,875
- Will be studying on a high cost or high-intensity course (PDF)
- Area parent or have caring responsibilities
- Are leaving local authority care
- Are estranged from family
- Are disabled student
- Are transgender student
Students who meet multiple criteria will be more likely to receive greater awards from the scholarship.
Nationality: Citizens of UK are eligible to apply.

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have previous degree.

Application Deadline: Applications for the scholarship will open on September 25, 2017, and you can apply after you’ve enrolled.
